The role represents HUGO BOSS to customers by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise in a way that showcases the brand, and carrying out operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Sales Associate works with passion, ambition, and expertise to bring the brand’s collections to customers. The position focuses on customer service and relationship selling, building a personal client base, following operating procedures and policies, engaging with the local community, and supporting store management in health and safety practices. Requirements

2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Ability to work independently; self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial qualities.
Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service using effective communication, supporting business with the merchant group and addressing customer and operational problems.
