About The Position

This role involves coordinating maintenance for rental properties, handling communication with owners, guests, and vendors, and managing various computer systems. The position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with different departments. The role also includes administrative tasks and adherence to legal regulations.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and property management software.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience in vacation rentals or related field (not required).
  • Time management skills.
  • Team player.
  • Efficient in communicating.

Responsibilities

  • Answering calls from owners and guests regarding maintenance issues in the rental property.
  • Providing professional and courteous customer service to owners, guests, and vendors via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Working with owners and guests on issues and resolutions when applicable.
  • Working in multiple computer systems simultaneously, including but not limited to: property management software, Outlook, and smart home technology sites.
  • Communicating with other departments.
  • Maintaining maintenance programs.
  • Obeys all applicable Federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
  • Being available to work weekends.
