Williams College seeks an organized and detail-oriented Accommodations Coordinator to provide front-line support across two student-facing campus departments: Housing and the Office of Accessible Education (OAE). The Accommodations Coordinator will serve as a primary point of contact for students navigating accommodation requests, with a particular focus on providing support and fostering interoffice collaboration in the housing accommodations process. As part of a dynamic and collaborative team, the Accommodations Coordinator is responsible for managing daily communications, tracking accommodation requests in specialized software platforms, and helping to ensure the smooth operation of critical workflows related to housing selection and the implementation of student disability accommodations, including the launch of a new campus Testing Center. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a high level of discretion, and a deep commitment to supporting an inclusive, equitable living and learning environment for all students.
