As part of the Retirement, Benefits & Well-being (RBW) team within Total Rewards, you will support programs that help colleagues stay physically, mentally, financially, and socially well. Role Overview In this role, you will provide day-to-day support for workplace accommodations and ergonomic needs. You will handle more complex requests, give guidance to colleagues and managers, and help improve how the program works. You will also work with internal partners and external vendors to make sure requests are handled accurately, on time, and in a consistent way.
