About The Position
Thermea Spa Village Whitby is seeking passionate Lead Associates for temporary kiosk locations across multiple sites in the Toronto and Durham Region areas for the holiday season. This role is part of a 'wellness village' concept that combines unique spa experiences with a Canadian character, aiming to provide guests with a refuge from modern life. Requirements
- College degree in tourism, hospitality, administration, human resource management or other pertinent experience.
- Minimum of one year's experience in leading a team.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Available and able to travel quickly between the various kiosk locations.
- Excellent MS Office skills and adept at learning new technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sense of organization, planning and monitoring, as well as great professional rigor.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring the smooth operations of temporary kiosk locations.
- Planning the needs of each location and supplying necessary resources for kiosk agents.
- Training and coaching kiosk agents.
- Reporting to the Kiosk Coordinator and Manager regarding staffing and daily kiosk operations.
- Assisting with managing unexpected events and emergencies, such as finding shift coverage.
- Assisting in the management of inventories and orders.
- Acting as a resource person for kiosk agents, managing complaints and special requests.
- Following established scripts to respond to guest needs.
- Identifying problems and proposing solutions.
- Managing the entire sales cycle, taking care of needs and closing sales.
- Assisting kiosk agents in their day-to-day performance.
- Performing other related tasks.
