Requirements

  • College degree in tourism, hospitality, administration, human resource management or other pertinent experience
  • Minimum of one year’s experience in leading a team
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Available and able to travel quickly between the various kiosk locations
  • Excellent MS Office skills and adept at learning new technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess good sense of organization, planning and monitoring, as well as great professional rigor
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer service or sales, an asset

Responsibilities

  • Train and coach kiosk agents
  • Report back to kiosk coordinator and manager regarding staffing and daily kiosk operations
  • Assist with managing unexpected events and emergencies (finding shift coverage etc.)
  • Assist in the management of inventories, orders
  • Act as a resource person for kiosk agents (managing complaints and special requests)
  • Follow the established scripts to respond to the needs of our guests, in accordance with established standards
  • Identify problems and propose solutions
  • Manage the entire sales cycle; take care of needs and close sales; assisting the kiosk agents in the day-to-day performance of their tasks
  • Perform other related tasks
