About The Position

This is a seasonal role focused on inbound stocking operations. The primary goal is to ensure products are set, in stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor, contributing to an efficient and positive guest experience. Target aims to provide meaningful experiences that help team members build and develop skills for a career, offering knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and experience executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.

Responsibilities

Stocking, setting, and selling Target products.
Accurately handle cash register operations.
Climb up and down ladders.
Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
Provide service to guests that makes them say 'I LOVE TARGET!'
Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests.
