About The Position
This is a seasonal role focused on inbound stocking operations, starting at 4 AM. The position is part of Target's seasonal team, which aims to help guests discover the joy of everyday life through Target's values and culture. Seasonal roles at Target offer meaningful experiences that help team members build and develop skills for a career. This role provides experience in guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals (including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency), and executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.
Requirements
