Seasonal roles at Target involve specialized consultants, guest experience advocates, and operations experts who ensure products are set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. These roles offer team members meaningful experiences to build and develop skills in guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fun, energetic, and busy environment, are excited about providing excellent guest service, and are involved in stocking, setting, and selling Target products. This is an active role, not a typical Monday through Friday desk job, with a focus on making guests feel welcomed, inspired, and rewarded.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor
• Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
• Stock, set, and sell Target products
• Accurately handle cash register operations
• Climb up and down ladders
• Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
