Requirements

Knowledge of guest service fundamentals
Experience in retail business fundamentals: department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement
Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
Ability to work both independently and with a team
Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
Ability to accurately handle cash register operations
Ability to climb up and down ladders
Ability to scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely
Ability to frequently lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds
Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays)
Regular attendance necessary
