Seasonal: 4am Inbound (Stocking) (T1017)
About The Position
This is a seasonal role focused on inbound stocking operations. Working at Target means helping all families discover the joy of everyday life. Seasonal roles can provide team members with knowledge of guest service fundamentals, experience supporting a guest-first culture, and retail business fundamentals such as department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency. Team members will gain experience executing daily/-weekly workloads to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
Requirements

- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
Responsibilities
- Stocking, Setting and Selling Target products
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
