About The Position

This seasonal 4 a.m. inbound (stocking) role supports Target’s General Merchandise and Food Sales operations. Team members help ensure products are set, in stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor, while contributing to an efficient, guest-first store experience. The role offers experience in guest service, retail business fundamentals, inventory management, process efficiency, and executing daily and weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals.

Team members work in a fast-paced, energetic environment, independently and with a team. Training is provided. The schedule is flexible and may include nights, weekends, and holidays; regular attendance is necessary. The starting hourly rate is $15.50, with a stated pay range of $15.50–$23.25 per hour.
