About The Position

The Seasonal Inbound Expert supports Target’s General Merchandise and Food Sales operations by helping ensure products are set, in stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. The role contributes to an efficient and consistent guest experience by stocking, setting, and selling Target products and completing daily and weekly workload that supports business priorities and sales goals.

Team members work in a fast-paced, energetic store environment, independently and with a team. They provide helpful service to guests, respond to questions, adapt to current technology, and follow detailed, multi-step processes. The position requires flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, regular attendance, safe merchandise handling, and frequent lifting or moving of merchandise up to 40 pounds. The listed starting hourly rate is $17.50.
