About The Position

The Seasonal Inbound Expert supports Target’s seasonal store operations by stocking and setting merchandise and helping ensure products are available, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. The role contributes to a welcoming guest experience and helps the store meet business priorities and sales goals through efficient execution of daily and weekly workload.

Team members receive training and can develop knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals such as department sales trends and inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement. The position involves working with guests and other team members, adapting to technology, and completing tasks independently and collaboratively. Work schedules may include nights, weekends, and holidays; regular attendance is necessary.
