About The Position
The Seasonal Inbound Expert is a seasonal Target team member who supports store operations by stocking, setting, and selling products. The role helps keep merchandise in stock, accurately priced, and ready for guests, while contributing to an efficient and welcoming store experience. Team members work independently and with others, follow multi-step processes, adapt to current technology, and respond to guest questions. The position requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves physical work such as climbing ladders and safely handling merchandise weighing up to 40 pounds.
