About The Position

This seasonal 4 a.m. Inbound (Stocking) role supports Target’s General Merchandise and Food Sales operations. The work helps ensure products are set, in stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor, while supporting a consistent guest experience. Team members gain experience in guest service fundamentals, retail operations, inventory management, process efficiency, and completing daily and weekly work to support business priorities and sales goals. The role involves working efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced store environment, with a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. The posting states an initial hourly rate of $15.50 and a pay range of $15.50 to $23.25 per hour.
