About The Position

This seasonal inbound (stocking) role supports Target’s General Merchandise and Food Sales operations. Team members help ensure products are set, in stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor, contributing to a consistent guest experience. The position offers experience in guest service, retail business fundamentals, inventory management, process efficiency, and executing daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.

The role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced, energetic, team-oriented environment and is comfortable stocking, setting, and selling Target products. Training is provided. The starting hourly rate is $17.50, with a stated pay range of $17.50 to $26.25 per hour. Work schedules may include nights, weekends, and holidays, and regular attendance is necessary.
