About The Position

This seasonal Inbound Expert role supports Target’s General Merchandise and Food Sales operations by helping ensure products are set, in stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. The work contributes to an efficient, consistent guest experience and supports store sales priorities.

Team members may develop knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business operations, inventory management, and workload execution. The role involves working independently and with a team in a busy store environment, including weekends, nights, and holidays as scheduled.

Requirements

• Stock, set, and sell Target products.

• Provide helpful service to guests and respond to guest questions.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely.
