About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to help create memorable guest experiences at its Santa photo set at Marketfair. The role supports the team and daily photo operations by welcoming families, assisting with photography, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and helping the shift run smoothly. Photography experience is not required.

The Team Lead helps guide coworkers, reinforce established procedures, troubleshoot issues, and support training or recruiting as needed. The position involves operating a point-of-sale system and photography equipment, processing sales, and working peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This seasonal role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to return for future holiday seasons or explore growth in the souvenir photography division where available.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or local management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Work as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
