About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to help deliver memorable Santa photo experiences at an assigned venue. The role supports the team, welcomes families, assists with photography, and keeps daily operations running smoothly. Team Leads bring warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift and help create a joyful holiday experience for guests.

The role includes leading by example, reinforcing operational policies, addressing technical issues, assisting with training or recruiting, providing excellent guest service, and maintaining safe, clean, and effective photo operations. Photography experience is not required. The position is seasonal, and opportunities may be available to return for future holiday seasons or pursue growth within the souvenir photography division.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or Local Management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
