About The Position

As a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead (described in the posting as a Shift Lead), you will help create excellent guest experiences at Santa photo sets by supporting the team, welcoming families, assisting with photos, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. You will bring warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift and help create a joyful holiday experience. The role includes operating POS systems and photography equipment; photography experience is not required.

The position is seasonal and offers flexible scheduling. Shifts may fall during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The job also involves standing for prolonged periods and lifting and carrying equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or Local Management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
