About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead to help create excellent guest experiences at Santa photo sets. The role supports the team, welcomes families, assists with photography, and helps keep daily operations running smoothly. The Team Lead brings warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift while helping guests enjoy a memorable holiday experience.

The position includes opening and closing duties, reinforcing operational policies, resolving or escalating technical issues, and supporting training or recruiting as needed. Team Leads also take photos, provide guest service, operate point-of-sale and photography equipment, and help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. Photography experience is not required.

The role is seasonal and requires flexibility during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or local management when needed.
• Assist with training and recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
