About The Position

As a Shift Lead, you will support the team at a Santa photo set by welcoming families, assisting with photos, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. You will bring warmth, energy, and leadership to each shift while helping create a joyful holiday experience for guests. The role includes leading by example, supporting team members, helping resolve operational and technical issues, and providing guest service. Photography experience is not required.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties at the assigned venue.
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by the Operations Manager or Regional Manager.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them to IT or Local Management when needed.
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed.
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Participate as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
