About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate/Photographer to create welcoming, memorable experiences for families visiting a Santa photo set. The associate greets and engages with guests, takes photos, provides souvenirs, and helps ensure the photo experience runs smoothly from beginning to end. Photography experience is not required.

The role involves operating a point-of-sale system and photography equipment, maintaining a safe and clean work area, and working with children, families, staff, and coworkers in a friendly, patient, festive manner. Employees must be available for training and required courses, work at least 20 hours per week or as needed, and have flexibility for peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position is seasonal, with possible opportunities to return for future holiday seasons or pursue growth in the souvenir photography division where available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Able to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to process sales transactions and comfortable handling cash.
• Professional attire and good hygiene are required.
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexible to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, helping every family feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as part of a team to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
