About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate to help create memorable experiences for families at a Santa photo set. The associate welcomes families, engages with children, takes photos, and provides guests with souvenirs while delivering warm, friendly service and helping photo operations run smoothly. Photography experience is not required. The role involves operating a point-of-sale system and photography equipment, processing sales, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Associates must be available for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, including peak retail hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays, and must attend training meetings and complete required courses.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Able to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to process sales transactions and comfortable handling cash.
• Professional attire and good hygiene are required.
• Available to work at least 20 hours per week or as needed.
• Flexible availability for peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.
• Photography experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience and help families feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as part of a team to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers in a friendly, patient, and festive manner.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
