About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a seasonal Sales Associate/Photographer to create memorable Santa photo experiences for families at Meadowood Mall. The role welcomes guests, engages with children, takes photographs, and provides souvenirs while delivering warm, friendly service throughout the visit. Photography experience is not required. The associate helps keep photo operations running smoothly, operates point-of-sale and photography equipment, and maintains a safe, clean work environment. Employees may have opportunities to return for future holiday seasons or explore growth opportunities in the souvenir photography division, where available.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to process sales transactions and handle cash comfortably.
• Wear professional attire and maintain good hygiene.
• Be available to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.
• Photography experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience and help every family feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as part of a team to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Interact in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
