About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate to help create memorable Santa photo experiences at Viewmont Mall. The role welcomes families, engages with children, takes photos, and provides guests with souvenirs while delivering friendly, festive service throughout their visit. Photography experience is not required. Associates help photo operations run smoothly, operate point-of-sale systems and photography equipment, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. The role is seasonal and requires availability for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, including peak retail hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training meetings and required courses must be completed.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to process sales transactions and handle cash comfortably.
• Maintain professional attire and good hygiene.
• Be flexible to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience; not required.
• Photography experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Deliver excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience and make families feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as part of a team to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
