About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a seasonal Holiday Sales Associate to support its Santa photo experience at Lehigh Valley Mall. The associate welcomes families, engages with children, takes photographs, and helps guests purchase memorable souvenirs. The role combines guest service, sales transactions, and operation of photography equipment in a festive, team-oriented setting. Photography experience is not required.

The position requires availability for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, including peak retail times such as evenings, weekends, and holidays. Associates must attend training meetings and complete required courses. The role is seasonal, with opportunities to return for future holiday seasons and potentially explore growth within the souvenir photography division where available.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Deliver excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, helping each family feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as part of a team to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
