About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate to help create memorable Santa photo-set experiences for children and families. The associate welcomes and engages guests, takes photographs, and supports a smooth, joyful experience from start to finish. Photography experience is not required. The role involves working with a team in a fast-paced retail environment and maintaining a safe, clean workspace. The position is seasonal and requires availability for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, including peak retail periods such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort handling cash.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Availability to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service-industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo-set experience.
• Work as part of a team to keep photo operations running smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
