About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to provide excellent service to customers and support the success of its retail locations. Advisors represent the company’s values and brand, contribute ideas to improve retail processes and the glasses-shopping experience, and may participate in special projects. The role involves helping customers choose eyewear, sharing product knowledge and style advice, and supporting an inclusive, collaborative store environment.

Requirements

Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
Ability to adapt and solve problems proactively, including in unexpected situations.
Positive, team-oriented approach and ability to lead by example.
Effective communication skills with a variety of people.
Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented.
Energetic self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Interest in fashion and technology.
Must not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
