About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to help provide excellent service to customers and support the success of its retail locations. Sales Advisors represent Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy, help make glasses shopping an exceptional experience, and contribute to customer interactions, process improvements, and special projects. The role calls for strong product knowledge, thoughtful style advice, teamwork, and a proactive approach to customer and team needs.

Requirements

Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people.
Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented.
Not listed on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
