About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate to help create memorable Santa photo experiences at Cottonwood Mall. The associate welcomes families, engages with children, takes photos, and provides guests with souvenirs while delivering friendly, festive service. The role supports smooth photo operations, sales transactions, and a safe, clean work environment. Photography experience is not required. The position requires at least 20 hours per week or as needed, with flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training meetings and required courses must be completed.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, welcoming and caring for every family.
• Work as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Interact in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
