About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate/Photographer to create welcoming, memorable experiences for families at a Santa photo set at Meadowood Mall. The role involves greeting and engaging with families and children, taking photos, and helping guests purchase holiday souvenirs while supporting smooth photo operations. Photography experience is not required.

This seasonal role requires availability during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and availability for at least 20 hours per week or as needed. Employees must attend training meetings and complete required courses. The work is performed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and includes operating a POS system and photography equipment, maintaining a safe and clean workspace, and standing for prolonged periods and carrying equipment weighing 10–25 pounds.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to process sales transactions and be comfortable with cash handling.
• Maintain professional attire and good hygiene.
• Be available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Be flexible to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making families feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as part of a team to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
