About The Position

As a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate/Photographer with Cherry Hill Programs, you will help create memorable Santa photo-set experiences by welcoming families, engaging with children, and capturing holiday moments. You will provide warm, attentive guest service and help ensure the photo experience runs smoothly from beginning to end. Photography experience is not required. The role is seasonal and requires availability for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, including peak retail hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training meetings and required courses must be completed.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to process sales transactions and be comfortable handling cash.
• Maintain professional attire and good hygiene.
• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.
• Be flexible to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service-industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo-set experience, making families feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Interact with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers in a friendly, patient, and festive manner.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
