This is a seasonal role at Target, focusing on various guest-facing and operational positions. The job involves creating a joyful experience for guests by providing excellent service, managing merchandise, and ensuring efficient store operations. Responsibilities

Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
Operate cash registers accurately.
Climb up and down ladders.
Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
