This is a seasonal role at Target, focusing on various guest-facing and operational aspects of the store. The position involves creating a positive guest experience through active selling, providing tailored suggestions, and ensuring efficient store operations. Team members will gain knowledge in guest service fundamentals, retail business operations, and executing daily workloads to meet sales goals. The role is dynamic and requires flexibility, teamwork, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
Responsibilities
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
- Handle cash register operations accurately.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
- Climb up and down ladders.
