About The Position

The Seasonal Fulfillment role supports store logistics and customer order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. The work includes receiving and processing merchandise, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, using inventory management systems, maintaining organized sales floors and stockrooms, and providing general store support. This is a seasonal position at Stonebriar Centre.

Meet the stated physical requirements: continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, reaching, and hand use; handling bulky or awkward merchandise, including overhead reaching and lifting; regularly lift items up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Receive and unload freight, unpack newly arrived merchandise, and deliver it to selling departments.
Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner while meeting quality standards.
Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, processing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
