About The Position

The Seasonal Fulfillment role supports store logistics and customer order fulfillment at Stonebriar Centre. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. The position involves receiving and processing merchandise, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, using inventory management systems, and helping maintain organized selling floors and stockrooms. It also provides general store support, including assisting with special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating fixtures.

• Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting items above the head.
• Ability to regularly lift items up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders promptly while following quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
• Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general store support, such as setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
