Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Stonebriar Centre
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, inventory accuracy, and a smooth customer experience. You receive and organize merchandise, pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage, deliver orders curbside, and monitor alerts so Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are ready on time. You help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently while greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and delivering orders with care. The role also supports selling, sales goals, teamwork, and genuine hospitality. Daily work may include reviewing goals and promotions, tagging merchandise, organizing the stockroom, assisting customers, recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, supporting merchandise moves, sharing loyalty program benefits, completing orders, and preparing the team for the next day. Colleagues are expected to support one another, improve their work, and contribute to individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements

- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and a cash register, and ability to process register transactions.

- Greet customers, listen to their needs, resolve issues, and provide helpful service during in-store and curbside interactions.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty program benefits and help customers complete their purchases.
- Complete orders, organize the stockroom, and prepare the team for the next day.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to sales goals and store results.
