About The Position

As a Sales Associate/Photographer, you’ll help create excellent experiences on Santa photo sets by welcoming families, engaging with children, and capturing memorable holiday moments. You’ll provide warm, energetic guest service and support a smooth photo experience from start to finish. Photography experience is not required. The role includes operating a point-of-sale system and photography equipment, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and completing other assigned tasks. Candidates must be available to work at least 20 hours per week or as needed, with flexibility during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role is seasonal and located at Stonebriar Centre.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to process sales transactions and handle cash comfortably.
• Wear professional attire and maintain good hygiene.
• Be available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Be flexible to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, ensuring families feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as part of a team to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
