About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate to help create excellent experiences on Santa photo sets at Stonebriar Centre. The role involves welcoming families, engaging with children, taking photographs, and helping guests take home memorable souvenirs. Associates bring warmth, energy, and guest service to the experience while supporting smooth photo-set operations. Photography experience is not required.

This seasonal position offers flexible scheduling, with availability needed during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Associates must be available for training meetings and required courses, and should be able to work at least 20 hours per week or as needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Availability to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience; not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photographs and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo-set experience.
• Participate as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
