About The Position

Chewy is hiring a Seasonal Fulfillment Specialist for its Fulfillment Center Team. This is a 90-day temporary assignment designed to support fluctuating operational demands in a fast-paced, safety-first environment. The role supports the accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer orders and helps deliver a positive experience to pet parents. Current shift openings may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. The hourly wage is $17.00–$18.00. Full-time conversion may be available based on performance and business needs, but is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Understand and adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to understand and follow safety procedures, interpret work instructions, complete required documentation, and communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to walk up to 2 miles per shift.
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently lift up to 70 pounds using an optional team lift.
• Rarely lift more than 70 pounds using a team lift.
• Ability to stand, push, pull, carry, squat, and kneel.
• Ability to climb stairs where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Label, replenish, make boxes, and load and unload trailers.
• Fulfill and coordinate customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Create shipping documentation for domestic orders.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
