About The Position

The Part-time Fulfillment Specialist delivers inventory and replenishment solutions to customer sites on a local route. The role includes making deliveries, servicing and maintaining vending equipment, placing and fulfilling orders, and interacting with customers. The position is based at Fastenal’s branch at 1140 Tarrant Rd, Greensboro, NC 27409, and offers up to 28 hours per week. Training includes on-the-job, online, instructor-led classroom, and virtual learning opportunities.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a current, full, valid driver’s license issued in the country where the job is located, including completion of any applicable graduated licensing program, and meet the company’s driving record requirements to use a company vehicle as needed.
Have proficient written and oral communication skills.
Have proficient computer skills.
Be able to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
Be highly motivated, self-directed, and customer-service oriented.
Demonstrate attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
Be able to work independently and in a team environment.

Be able to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically weighing 25–50 pounds and sometimes up to 75 pounds.
Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Guam only).
