Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Mall of America
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, inventory accuracy, and the customer experience. You receive and organize merchandise, pick and pack orders, retrieve orders from back-of-house storage, and deliver them curbside. You monitor alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are ready on time and help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role also includes greeting customers, resolving issues, and handling curbside deliveries with care. Colleagues help maintain a shoppable space by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. They organize the stockroom, complete orders, and help prepare the team for the next day. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability. The position requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as regular attendance and punctuality. It involves frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain the stockroom.
- Pick, pack, retrieve, and complete customer orders, including Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders, and monitor alerts to ensure orders are ready on time.
- Deliver orders curbside and provide helpful customer service, including greeting customers and resolving issues.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty program benefits, help customers with their needs, and provide a sincere, personalized close to customer interactions.
- Support teammates and contribute to daily sales goals and store results.
- Organize the stockroom and help prepare the team for the next day.
