Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Lynnhaven Mall
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure a smooth customer experience. Duties include receiving and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage; delivering orders curbside; and monitoring alerts so Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are ready on time. You also help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role includes customer interactions such as warmly greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and carefully delivering curbside orders. Colleagues help maintain a shoppable space by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. They organize the stockroom, complete orders, share loyalty program benefits, work toward sales goals, and collaborate with teammates to support customer satisfaction and store performance. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability. The position requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, organize, and restock merchandise, and maintain an organized stockroom.
- Pick, pack, and retrieve customer orders from back-of-house storage and deliver orders curbside.
- Monitor alerts and complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders on time.
- Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, resolve issues, and provide helpful service.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty program benefits, help customers complete their purchases, and work toward sales goals.
- Complete orders and organize the stockroom at the end of the day, preparing the team for the next day.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support store operations and customer satisfaction.
