About The Position

As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help provide a smooth customer experience. You receive and organize merchandise, pick and pack orders, retrieve orders from back-of-house storage, and deliver them curbside. You monitor alerts to help ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are ready on time, and help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role also involves greeting customers, resolving issues, and delivering curbside orders with care.

Daily work may include reviewing goals and promotions, receiving merchandise, tagging items, organizing the stockroom, and completing order fulfillment. You also support customers through helpful interactions, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and assist with merchandise moves. At the end of the day, you organize the stockroom, complete orders, and prepare the team for the next day. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.

• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain an orderly stockroom.
• Pick, pack, retrieve, and complete customer orders, including monitoring alerts to help ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are ready on time.
• Deliver orders curbside and provide attentive customer service, including greeting customers and resolving issues.
• Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
• Support sales goals, share Loyalty program benefits, and help create a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues and organize the stockroom to support the next day's operations.
