Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Fayette Mall
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help provide a smooth customer experience. You receive and organize merchandise, pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage, deliver orders curbside, and monitor alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are completed on time. You also help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role includes customer interactions such as warmly greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and carefully delivering curbside orders. Colleagues recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves. They organize the stockroom, complete orders, and prepare the team for the next day while working collaboratively and striving to achieve sales and store goals. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Comfort communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.

- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, organize, and move merchandise; maintain an organized stockroom and accurate inventory.
- Pick, pack, and retrieve customer orders from back-of-house storage, and deliver orders curbside.
- Monitor alerts and complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders on time.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, resolve issues, and provide helpful service.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and restock merchandise.
- Share loyalty program benefits, help customers complete their shopping experience, and thank them sincerely.
- Complete orders and organize the stockroom at the end of the day to prepare for the next day.
- Collaborate with colleagues, work toward sales goals, and contribute to store results.
