Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Broward Mall
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure a smooth customer experience. Duties include receiving and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage; delivering orders curbside; monitoring alerts so Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are ready on time; and keeping the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role also involves greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and delivering curbside orders with care. Colleagues help maintain a shoppable store by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. They organize the stockroom, complete orders, support teammates, work toward sales goals, share Loyalty program benefits, and contribute to customer satisfaction and store performance. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements

- Ability to frequently use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive and organize merchandise, tag items, and maintain an organized stockroom.
- Pick, pack, retrieve, and complete customer orders, including Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders.
- Monitor order alerts to help ensure orders are ready on time.
- Deliver orders curbside and provide helpful customer service.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, and resolve issues.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share Loyalty program benefits, help customers with their purchases, and work toward sales goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues and help prepare the store and team for daily operations.
