The Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, also known as a Back of House colleague, supports store operations, inventory accuracy, and a smooth customer experience. The role includes receiving and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage; delivering orders curbside; and monitoring alerts to complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders on time. The associate helps keep the stockroom and sales floor operating efficiently and contributes to customer interactions by greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and handling curbside deliveries with care. The associate prepares the store for the day, receives merchandise, tags items, organizes the stockroom, and supports customers with helpful interactions and timely, accurate order fulfillment. Other activities include recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. At the end of the day, the associate organizes the stockroom and completes orders to help prepare the team for the next day. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
