Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Victoria Gardens
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure a smooth customer experience. Duties include receiving and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage; delivering orders curbside; monitoring alerts so Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are completed on time; and keeping the stockroom and sales floor efficient. The role also involves greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and providing attentive customer service. Colleagues prepare for each day by reviewing goals and learning about products and promotions. They receive and tag merchandise, organize the stockroom, and perform customer-focused order fulfillment. They also recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves. At the end of the day, they organize the stockroom, complete orders, and help prepare the team for the next day. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain an orderly stockroom.
- Pick, pack, retrieve, and complete customer orders accurately and on time.
- Monitor alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are ready on time.
- Deliver orders curbside and provide helpful customer service, including greeting customers and resolving issues.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Review goals and learn about products and promotions to prepare for the day.
- Share Loyalty program benefits, help customers complete their shopping experience, and thank them sincerely.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Organize the stockroom and prepare orders and the team for the next day.
